He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Penkszyk (Elizabeth) of Byron and Patrick Penkszyk of Rochester; his grandchildren, Arianna, Brielle and Damian; and his siblings, Mary Ann Penkszyk, Rose Marie Penkszyk, David Penkszyk and Sharon Penkszyk. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
