He was predeceased by: his brothers, Thomas E. O'Connell of Cadyville and John E. O'Connell of Cadyville. He is survived by: his wife Katherine O'Connell (Bero); his children, Erin Lee O'Connell and Stephen D. O'Connell; and his grandchildren, John, Catherine and Daniel O'Connell. He is also survived by his father and brother where his family.
