She was predeceased by : her parents, Rudolph Gustafson and Catherine Gustafson (Hogan); her husband Arthur; and her brother Rudolph Gustafson. She is survived by : her children, Nancy (Jack), Arthur Jr. (Kathleen) and Peter (Kim); her grandchildren, Jessica, Kyle, Peter Jr., Dylan, Matthew and Michaela; and her great grandchildren, Anthony and Adriana.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages advocacy and support to fund municipal Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) for community placement.
