He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Cox (McIntosh); his wife Delia Cox (Frazier); his children, Damien Frazier (Stephanie) of Philadelphia and Jamie Lynn Sepko (Dustin) of Philadelphia; and his brother Bryan Cox of Oswego. He is also survived by extended family members and many friends.
