He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ann O'Dell. He is survived by: his father Roy C. O'Dell; his brother Kevin C. O'Dell (Angela Burton); his daughters, Kelly Cooke (Ryan) and Shannon Fenderson (Nikko); his nieces, Riley and Rory O'Dell; and his grandchildren, Quinn, Kal and Cameron. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mumford United Presbyterian Church, 893 George St., Mumford, NY 14511, or the Mumford Fire Department, PO Box 477, Mumford, NY 14511.

“I expect that I was as shocked as most everyone was apon hearing of your passing Chris. I want to thank you for not only being my cousin, but also my friend. I will never forget being 7 or 8 years old and staying with Gramma Hoag's house. You showed me all around the city of Mumford, the park, the post office, and, most importantly, the center of the Dakin Street, Williams Street block. All grass, gigantic play area in the center of that block. I hope that's where you are right now Cuz! ❤️”
