He was predeceased by: his wife Jeannie Manley; his siblings, Albert, Floyd Manley (Linda), Berton, Charles and Elizabeth Boughner (Don); and his sister-in-law Josie Manley.
He is survived by: his children, David (CindyJay), Daniel and Dean Manley (Kathy); his brother Earl Manley (Dianne); and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Manley and Barbara Manley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
