He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Smith and Catherine Smith of Staten Island, NY.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; and his stepchildren, Thomas (Rae) and Susan (Frank). He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, and 8 Great grandchildren, his many friends for his dedication to his family.
