We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2026, at the age of 88, Anita Mulé (Calverton, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marco Valente and Rose Valente. She is survived by: her husband Steven Mule; her children, Steven (Debra), Tony, Janet (Denis Tangney) and Vincent (Diana); and her grandchildren, Victoria (Brendan), Elizabeth Mule', Thomas Poole, Matthew Poole, Rebecca Poole and Marianna. She is also survived by friends, and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sisto Funeral Home (3489 E Tremont Ave, Bronx, NY 10465). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Saint Theresa of the Infant Jesus Roman Catholic Church (2855 St Theresa Ave, Bronx, NY 10461). A burial was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933).
