He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his son Lieutenant Colonel Chris Ieva; his brother Anthony; his grandchildren, Fiorello and Alexandra; and his former wife Carol.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests to make donations be made in Ron's name to either the Maine Maritime Fund (https://mainemaritime.edu) or Chris' Non-Profit Leggio XCI focused on sending the elevator back down to students of North Brunswick Township Highschool with the aim of establishing a Ronald A.
