She was predeceased by: her parents, Fremont Cramer and Charlotte Peck Cramer; and her siblings, Timothy James Cramer and Karen Louise Hall. She is survived by: her husband Jonathan Stokes Phelps; and her sons, Paul William Phelps and Charles Bowler Phelps.
