She was predeceased by: her husband David Dearstyne; her daughter Debi Dearstyne; her parents, Joseph LoPresti and Josephine LoPresti (Battaglia); and her siblings, Carlo LoPresti, Phillip LoPresti, Joseph LoPresti, Mary Pascarell and Josephine Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, David, Carla Dearstyne of Fort Worth, Texas, Michael, Karla Dearstyne of Chapin, Andrew and Cara Dearstyne of Argyle; her sister Virginia (Joseph Ricatta); and her grandchildren, Steven, Daniel, Derek, Adam, Michael, Toni, Samuel and Hannah. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ackley, Ross & Gariepy Funeral Home (73 W Main St, Cambridge, NY 12816). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (17 S Park St, Cambridge, NY 12816). A burial will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at the St. Patrick's Cemetery.
