He was predeceased by: his father Edwin Perkins; and his sister Uriella Graham. He is survived by: his mother Ora Perkins (Gary); his sisters, Keturah Perkins (Trembley) and Nanzetta Webster (Alvin); his brothers-in-law, Marcus Graham and John Trembley; his siblings' children, Altwon, Jamal (Tionna), Shamika (Ron), Immanuel, Gideon, Selah and Uzziya; his sister Beth Woodard (Evelyn Asante); his nephews, Caleb, Kenneth and Alex; and his close friends, Rose Walker (Arianna), Simeon Novels (Godson Isaiah), Daniel Bennett, James Dinnall, Josephine Inez (Goddaughter Everly), Damaris Hernandez (Alex) and Robert Mellwig.
