He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Thomas Hall, Sr., Reba Cresswell Hall, Bill and Debbie Dillon. He is survived by: his parents, Janet Dillon Hall of Chattanooga, Tennessee. and Tom Hall; his wife MaryBeth Hall of Cambridge; his children, William J. C. Hall of Peter, J. S and Felicity M. E. Hall of Cambridge; and his brothers, Stephen K. Hall (Charity) of Chattanooga and Daniel B. Hall (Rachel) of Marshall, Missouri. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
