She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Phelps and Sarah Phelps (Wilkinson); her husbands, Frank Lockhart and David Spainhower; her daughter Margo Caldwell; and her siblings, Caroline McDaniels, Leslie and Carleton Phelps.
She is survived by: her son Paul (Linda Lockhart); her grandchildren, Oscar Lockhart (Jennifer), Issac Caldwell (Claire), Laurence Caldwell, Justin Lockhart (Teresa), Jason Lewis (Katrina), Sarah Neff (Rob) and Paul Lockhart Jr. (Melanie); her sister-in-law Betty Post; and her niece Ellen Stoltz. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
