He was predeceased by: his parents, Heman J. Walker and Ruth Walker (Kilborn); his brother Peter; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Walker, Laurie Adams and Lloyd Alvord.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Walker (Stafford); his siblings, Tommy, Janice Alvord and Jill Willson (Bill); his sons, Dan (Nikki) of Mercersburg, PA, Chad (Jen) of Camden, NY, Eric (Amy) of Palm Harbor, FL. and Dean Davis (Judy) of Spokane, WA.; his grandchildren, Kendra Hartung (Bradley), Kiersten (Joey Battaglia), Abigail Colby (Kylan Bunch), Emily, Kaitlyn, Holden, Alex and Nick; and his great grandchild Noah Hartung. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:30 PM. A celebration of life was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Camden American Legion.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Oneida County or a local organization of your choice.
