He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Billington and Margaret J. Hopper Billington. He is survived by: his wife Kay Anderson Billington; his daughters, Jill Leamer (Tom) of Morrisville and Janet Billington of Syracuse; his granddaughter Abigail Leamer of Morrisville; and his sister Susan Billington of Camden. He is also survived by many friends and neighbors.
In honor of Jim's memory, the family kindly suggests that donations be made to the Camden Ambulance or the Nascentia Health Charitable Foundation.
