He was predeceased by: his parent Mildred Roth Booth; his stepfather Earl Booth; and his siblings, Clara Hall and Bill Champlin. He is survived by: his wife Alfreda Fuller Champlin (Jean); his children, Michael (Kelley) and Rhonda (Chuck); and his brother Jim Champlin (Mary Lou). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
