She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph H. O'Rourke and Elvira Boh O'Rourke; and her husband Raymond D. Smith. She is survived by : her children, Susan Smith and Scott Smith (Kimberly); her granddaughter Alexandria Smith; and her siblings, Bernice Woodcock (Richard) and Edmund O'Rourke (Linda). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
