He was predeceased by: his parent Wanda Menter; and his former wife Rose Marie Menter. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Menter; his children, Tammy Colvin (Eric), Bill Menter (Nancy) and Bob Menter (Robyn); his stepdaughters, Jennifer Benson of New Berlin and Melissa Lawrence (Steve) of Albany; his grandchildren, Eric Colvin, Emily O'Neill (Kevin), Stone Colvin, Nathan Menter, Hagen Menter, Vivian Menter and Sylvia Menter; and his great grandchildren, Kevin and Teddy O'Neill.
