It is with sadness that the passing of Cecelia Pullano of Camillus, New York is shared. Cecelia, born on June 11, 1923 in Syracuse, New York, passed away on October 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Cecelia will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Cecelia by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Cecelia is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Cecelia’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her husband Salvatore; her daughter Theresa Towers; her parents, Michael DiBiase and Theresa DiBiase; and her siblings, Madeline Prietti and Anthony DiBiase.
She is survived by: her daughter Rita Downing (John) of Camillus; her nephew Anthony DiBiase of Fayetteville; and her niece Anna O'Brien of Northport, FL. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Family Church (127 Chapel Dr, Syracuse, NY 13219). A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Holy Family Food Pantry, 127 Chapel Dr., Syracuse, NY 13219.
