He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Edward" Grosso and Dorothy "Anne" Grosso; and his brothers, Gerald and Edward. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kate" Applin; his daughters, Sarah Grosso (Charles Terotta), Margaret "Maggie" Pitaro (Michael) and Claire Cleary (Timothy); his grandsons, Nicholas and Jack Pitaro; his brother Daniel Grosso (Ann); and his siblings-in-law, Linda, Cynthia Grosso, Sandra Buchanan (Ray) and Thomas Applin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Buranich Funeral Home (5431 W Genesee St, Camillus, NY 13031). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ann's Parish (501 S Orchard Rd, Syracuse, NY 13219). A burial was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at the Onondaga Valley Cemetery (2500 Valley Dr, Nedrow, NY 13207).
