He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kortz and Dorothy Kortz; and his sisters, Nancy Ekstrand and Ellen Kortz. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kortz; his children, Kelly Foster and Paul Kortz; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Leanna Foster; his nephew Brent Ekstrand; and his niece Stacy Fielder (Greg). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
