He was predeceased by: his son Gregory; his parents, Walter and Myrtle; and his sister Carol Turner. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his sons, Timothy, David, Paul and Scott; and his sisters, Patricia Donnelly and Susan VanAtta (James). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
