He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Antczak and Helen Antczak; and his sisters, Teresa Debottis (Dennis) and Sophia Antczak. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Karen Antczak of Syracuse, Kristen Antczak-Collins (Patrick) of Guilford and David (Rebecca) of Bryn Mawr, PA; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Hannah, William, Edward, Sawyer and Sarah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
