He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Gut and Anna Gut. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, John (Renee) and Jessica Gorman (Daniel); his granddaughter Grace; his sister Teresa Smoral (Vincent); and his pet Abbey.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Buranich Funeral Home (5431 W Genesee St, Camillus, NY 13031). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (927 Park Ave, Syracuse, NY 13204).
