He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Anthony Acquaviva (Florence) and Frank Cerio (Mary); and his father-in-law Paul Gagliardi. He is survived by: his pet Dono; his wife Gennifer "Gigi"; his children, Anthony of Fairmount, Benjamin of Fairmount and Elizabeth Cerio of Fairmount; his parents, Joseph Cerio and Margaret Cerio of Camillus; his siblings, Angela Barlow (Steven) of Camillus, Paula Cerio (Chris Kearney) of Syracuse, Monica Merante (Brian Cornue) of Syracuse and Michael (Jennifer) of San Anselmo, CA; his siblings-in-law, Angee Giraldo (Johann) of Huntersville, NC and Jason Gagliardi (Amy) of Elmira; and his siblings' children, Christopher (Stephanie), Nathan, Asher, Joey, Gabriel, Maximus, Liam, Thom, Lucia and Liz.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holy Family Food Pantry and to the Knights of Columbus.
