He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Ripka and John Brown; his stepfather Edward Ripka; his brother Jeffrey Brown; and his nephew Jacob Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Brown (Busco); his children, Angeline M. Brown and Michael L. Brown (Colleen); his sister Adria Ripka; and his grandchildren, Jack Small and Chloe Small.
