He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrico Giarrusso and Helen Giarrusso (Klotz); and his siblings, Patrick Giarrusso and Marian Giarrusso. He is survived by: his wife Christine M. Giarrusso (Bristol); his children, Patrick Giarrusso, Francis Giarrusso (Kelly), Christopher Giarrusso (Olga) and Teirra Howe; his grandchildren, Dylan Giarrusso, Bella Giarrusso, Bryan Garlow, Aleena Giarrusso and Isabella Sprague; and his siblings, Francis Giarrusso (Denise), MaryJane Wilkins (Richard) and Timothy Giarrusso (Lori). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thomas J. Pirro Jr. Funeral Home (3401 Vickery Rd, Syracuse, NY 13212). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
