It is with sadness that the passing of Norma Marie Wood (Camillus, New York) is shared. Norma, born on February 16, 1942, passed away on October 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kiffmeyer and Ruth Kiffmeyer (Beischel); her husband Irving Wood; her siblings, Margie Maltry (Kiffmeyer) and Robert Kiffmeyer; and her pets, Morris, Charlie, Morgan and Suzy.
She is survived by: her daughter Darby Melnik (George); her grandsons, Alex and Sam Melnik; her son R. Scott Morgan (Cindi); her grandchildren, Lara Morgan, Sheila Wood (Martha Patton), Sharon Sparrow and Shirley Guidroz; and her children, Hannah Sparrow (Christian Neumeister), Zack Sparrow (Chloe) and Jared Guidroz (Lauren).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Josephs Catholic Church (5600 W Genesee St, Camillus, NY 13031). A Mass will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to the SPCA in honor of Norma's love of animals.
