We announce the death of Richard Walsh (Camillus, New York), born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on September 24, 2026, at the age of 76. Richard will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Walsh and Rose Mary Walsh; his son-in-law Michael Gibson Sr.; and his parents-in-law, James and Josephine Perri.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Walsh; his daughter Shannon Gibson; his grandsons, Chayton, Kobie, Brenden and Michael Jr.; his sister Sharon Purtell of Florida; and his sister-in-law Francine Perri. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Church of Camillus (5600 Genesee St, Camillus, NY 13031).
