He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Manning and Margaret Manning; his wife Sally; his grandson Brian Jacob; and his sisters, Kay and Margaret Saunders.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Milligan (John) of Bridgeport, Kathleen Allen (Doug) of Ocala, FL, Anne Manning (Tammy Cheman) of Middletown, CT, Sarah Jacob (Mark) of Pittsford, Sheila Mello (Paul) of Syracuse and Robert Manning (Valerie) of Helena, AL; his grandchildren, Sarah, John, Michael Milligan (Alexis), Daniel, Jeremy, Gracie, Bobby Jacob, Meghan, Anastasia, Margaret Mello and Kate Manning; and his brothers-in-law, John and James Reagan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law.
