He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne; and his son Timothy. He is survived by: his daughters, Ann-Marie Gilroy (Ed) and Jennifer Birchler (Kurt); his close friend Sharon Petty; his grandchildren, Jim (Tiff), Sean, Jessica (Justin) and Jack; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Hudson; and his brother John Shedd.
A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Buranich Funeral Home (5431 W Genesee St, Camillus, NY 13031). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at the Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery (4069 Howlett Hill Rd, Syracuse, NY 13215).
