She was predeceased by: her former husband Richard Chamberlain; and her siblings, Joanne Amedio, Joseph and Paul Zaryski. She is survived by: her husband Michael Canavan; her children, Alison Brackett (Jon) and Craig Chamberlain (Ali); her siblings, Sally Cafalone, Francis, David Zaryski and Diane Monnet; and her grandchildren, J. B., Rachel, Dane and Wes. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
