He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Gacek and Anna J. Gacek (Ciszek); and his sister Fran Yaworski (Gacek). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Gacek (Razzano); his children, Tara Thurston (Tom) of Vernon, AnnMarie Stiles of Liverpool and John Gacek (Victoria) of Watertown; his sister Kathy Lampman (Jim) of North Carolina; his brother-in-law Buddy Yaworski of Rome; and his grandchildren, TelaMarie, Gage, Konrad and Daisy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
