He is survived by: his wife Sue Ellen [Crist]; his son Jay Robert Samuelson (Jane); his granddaughter Sarah of Montgomery, NY; his daughter Dana Lynn Brookshire (Jeff); his grandchildren, Addison and Ryan of Charlotte, NC.; his sisters, Susan Samuelson (Mark Miller) of Seattle, WA and Margaret "Missy" Candino (Paul) of Buffalo, NY; his nephew Eric; and his niece Christine.
