She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Kempinger and Genevieve Kempinger (Sobotka); and her brother Stanley Kempinger. She is survived by: her husband John W. Kaste; her children, Janine (Jim Bixler), John S. Kaste (Megan) and Marc Kaste; and her grandchildren, Alexandra Fawcett, John X. Kaste and Kara Kaste. She is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
