With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Douglas M. Herbert of Campbell, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 5, 2026 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Herbert and Alice Herbert (Payne); and his brothers, Thomas Adderly, George Adderly and LeRoy Adderly.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Herbert of Campbell; his daughters, Tammy Herbert of Campbell and Melanie "Mel" Prisella (David) of Corning; his grandchildren, Sabrina Prisella, Samantha Prisella, Seth Herbert and Cheyenne Herbert; his great grandchildren, Lee Hills and Domenico Prisella; his siblings, Donald Herbert (Linda) of Campbell and Vonda Smith (Michael) of Campbell; and his pets, Semper Fi and Rascal. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to the VFW National Home for Children or a local SPCA in his honor.
