He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard D. Humphrey and Doris Humphrey (Wynn); his stepmother Beatrice Humphrey (Blencowe); and his siblings, Betsy Myers, Daniel Humphrey, Douglas W. Humphrey and Alf.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Humphrey (Jewell); his daughters, Crystal Watson (Robert) and Ashleigh Bailey (Jason); his siblings, Bonnie Oliver (Sid) and Theron Humphrey (Mary); and his grandchildren, Casey Watson (Kaitlyn), Robert Watson (Nicki), Patricia Watson, Aundria Wells (Shad), Aimee Bailey and Logan Bailey. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, as well as numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Rick requested that donations be made to the Children's Department of the Southeast Steuben County Library, 300 Nasser Civic Center Plaza, Corning, New York 14830.
