As Rowena departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Rowena may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Rowena leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Littell and Ruby Littell (Silliman); her spouse Sidney B. Packard; and her daughter-in-law Lesley Packard. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Packard (Debra Smith) of Phoenix, NY, Brian Packard (Annie Haller) of Saratoga Springs, NY, Christine Aldrich (Dewaine) of Bath, NY and Kathryn Schmouder (Lon) of Liberty, PA; and her sisters, Phyllis Martin of Bath, NY and Linda Littell of Endicott, NY. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Campbell Community Bible Church (8516 Main St, Campbell, NY 14821).
