He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Traudt and Gladys Traudt (Buddle); his wife Elizabeth DeForest (Betty); his siblings, Robert Traudt and Mary King; his stepdaughters, Cathy and Cindy; and his granddaughter Celena.

He is survived by : his children, Michael Traudt, Mark Traudt and Patricia Greco (Traudt); and his sister Susan Beaver. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, nephews and cousins.
