He was predeceased by : his father John Blair. He is survived by : his mother Mary Heneghan Blair; his wife Sherry Blair; his children, Patrick Blair, Jr. (Lisa Blair) and Jacklyn (Mike Clark); his siblings, Jack "John", Jim, Mike, Danny, Kevin, Brenden, Mary, Ann and Tish; and his grandchildren, Gabriel, Caitlynn and Autumn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
