He is survived by: his parents, David Dorn and Peggy Dorn (Teece); his wife Kaitlyn Dorn; his children, Emma, Margaret, Harper and Benjamin; his siblings, Allyson Dorn, Allen Dorn and Zackary Dorn (Danielle); his nieces and nephews, Ellianna Dorn, Jaxson Dorn, Mason Dorn, Mason Schutt, Madison and Sayje; his parents-in-law, Daniel Claeys and Dawn Little; and his brothers-in-law, Alan Schutt and Nicholas Schutt (Sara).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Halsted-Patrick Funeral Home (19 N Main St, Manchester, NY 14504).
