He is survived by: his siblings, Merrily Whitaker (Bill), Lawrence Hogg (Latane), Douglas Hogg, Beth Tannous, Kevin Hogg (Karen), Kim Brocklebank (Scott), Dana Shaffer (Tim) and Keren Hogg. He is also survived by his family and his many friends.
