He was predeceased by: his parents, E. James Johnson and Barbara Johnson (Ritsema); and his brother Craig Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Moore; his children, Ben Johnson (Morgan) of Peoria, IL and Jayme Zuniga (Eric); his sisters, Amy Leftis (Constantine) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Ann Johnson of Bristol, NY; his grandchildren, Lennon Johnson, Callum and Lyanna Zuniga; and his stepsons, Kyle and Connor Moore. He is also survived by 4 nephews.
