She was predeceased by: her parents, George Thurston and Lillian Thurston; her sister Barbara Kincaid; and her brother-in-law Jack Kincaid. She is survived by: her husband Harold Murphy of Fritz's Polka Band; her sister Georgina Tobias; her daughters, Jacquelyn Preston, Barbara "Bobbie" Preston-Lavender (Kathy), Susan Picchi (Brian) and Tracey James (Jim); her grandchildren, Anthony Stansbury (Candace), Tiffany Preston-Brooks (Julie), Alysia Preston, Morgan Fleming (Karl), Connor Preston, Sarah Bonacci, Nathan Bonacci (Kimberly) and Benjamin Bonacci; and her friend Frances Freeman. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephew.
