He is survived by: his sons, Justin Kazmark (Julie), Stephen Kazmark (Courtney) and Dylan Kazmark; his grandchildren, Sadie, Finnley, Scarlett, Brycen, Kallen and Justin; and his siblings, Debbie Cappadonia (Joe), Lori O'Brien Mitchell (Scott) and Dan Kazmark (Karen). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
