She was predeceased by: her husband William B. O'Connell; her brothers, Robert and Jack Butler; and her parents, Floyd Butler and Grace Butler (Wheeler).
She is survived by: her children, Lee Kaminski (Tammie), Michael O'Connell, Kathleen Retzner (William) and Mary Pat Smilikis (James); her grandchildren, Evan, Benjamin, Katherine, Daniel, Kerry, Megan and John; and her nieces and nephews, Candace Butler, Lauren Vandetti, Robert Butler and David Butler. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
