Janice E. Slack Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Bradford and Beatrice Bradford; her former husband Jack Tall; her husband George Slack; her daughters, Deb Tally and Linda Colling; her granddaughter Stacy Phillips; and her great grandchild Taylor Phillips.

She is survived by: her stepson Jim Slack (Kathy); and her grandsons, Jesse and Luke Colling of South Carolina. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
