Ortiz (Randy) and Stephanie Cleere; his grandchildren, Jules Fortlage, Camille Sisto, Shayne Ortiz and Adam Ortiz; and his siblings, Bettyanne Westover, Billy Puhak (Jo), Glen Puhak and Diane Yoder (Joe). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.
