She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Garrow and Frances McKinstry Garrow; her son Ronald T.; her grandchildren, Brett and Torreal Coleman; her son-in-law Frank Coleman, Jr.; and her brothers, David Garrow and Donald Garrow.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Learned (Wayne) of Canastota and Tracy Coleman (Paul Ackerson) of Rome; her grandchildren, Dylan Learned, Wayne "Matthew" Learned, Frank Coleman III (Katrina) and Veronica Denney (Torey Worthman); her great grandchildren, Leah, Alex, Dominic, Aiyana, Emmit, Alaura, Frank IV, Aryana, Archer and Lenora; her siblings, James Garrow (Kathy) of Higginsville and Gertrude Badgley of Canastota; and her sister-in-law Nancy Garrow. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
